MexTracker

MexTracker enables business expenses to be easily recorded on the move without any paper saving both time and money. MexTracker currently runs on Windows Mobile devices. You can use MexTracker to record:

• Mileage
  Record odometer readings or enter the total miles/kilometres for each trip. Adjustable mileage rates facilitate accurate reimbursement.
• Payments
  Record payments for food bills, hotel rooms, stationery etc. With MexTracker you can record the amount paid, date, payment type and tax rate.
• Travel
  Record the date of travel, mode of transport, ticket type, cost and how the payment was made.
• Time
  Record billable time, meetings, work activities or overtime. Activities can be allocated to specific accounts meaning expenses can be allocated to customers or projects.

All records are transferred into a report and emailed to a designated email address.
